Menu photos for Knife and Board. One big challenge of the project was setting up in a small kitchen, however it was the best option for the best possible photos. We wanted to keep the food fresh and looking its best. Traveling with premade food was a no go, items like meatballs absorb their oils and fats solidify if not kept hot, soups separate and greens wilt. Yea there are tricks to help all of these in a studio, but we wanted authenticity. Also tasting all the foods after we shot the photos was a phenomenal perk.
